The Role
As an Aviation Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient dispatch of flights while upholding the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. Operating on a flexible schedule, including weekends and varying shifts, you'll be at the heart of our operations, maximizing aircraft utilization and resources to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
We operate 7 days per week shift work including early starts and late finishes.
Skills and Experience
We are seeking candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in dynamic environments. While experience in the aviation industry is preferred, we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including transportation and logistics, who possess transferable skills essential for success in this role.
We are looking for individuals who excels in communication, possess a knack for problem-solving, exhibits meticulous attention to detail, and thrives in high-pressure situations while maintaining a steadfast commitment to safety. The ability to maintain a calm demeanour amidst fluctuating operational demands is crucial. Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with a demonstrated aptitude for swiftly mastering operations management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of flight operation systems and timely reporting
- Monitoring flight performance and addressing delays
- Implementation and monitoring of daily operations plans
- Scheduling flight bookings
- Providing outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Completion of administrative tasks related to operations
